I created these gorgeous Happy Mother’s Day Wine Tags to hang on the wine bottle. Non-alcoholic wine will also do.
After all, bubbly and baths go hand in hand. And mom will enjoy relaxing in the bath drinking her wine and admiring her pretty Mother’s Day wine tag.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
- Download your PDF file
- Best to print on white card stock but regular printer paper works fine too. Example of paper
- Cut out around the edge of each tag
- Cut out your white circle (fold your paper a little to slice it and then start cutting out)
- Fold over along the fold lines
- Place over your wine
YOU WILL NEED

- Color Printer or Visit a Local Print Shop
- A4 White card stock: The ones I use I purchase from my local stationery store, Office Works. But this A4 Card Stock paper is perfect to use and print at home.
- Scissors
- Wine
Once you have downloaded and printed out your Happy Mother’s Wine Tags, you will be pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy and how awesome they turn out and I think your Mom will be very pleased with her gift.
